So grateful to Rachael for her treatments throughout this summer. I had bilateral jaw replacement surgery. Dr. MacGregor (Rachael) was recommended to me by my orthopedic doctor for therapy for frozen shoulder. I had been to two previous physical therapists who basically offered no effective therapy treatments for this difficult and extremely painful condition. When I started treatment with my orthopedic doctor, he referred me to Rachael. Although frozen shoulder is a frustrating condition that takes nearly a year to resolve, I found Rachael to be a partner in offering on point and effective therapy while working closing with my doctor. I am now fully recovered and back to cycling, tennis and golf. She truly stayed the course in providing encouragement and honest direction throughout my recovery. We had Restore Movement PT come out to my mom’s house to help us design an exercise routine for my mom who has a very badly bent over back and not such a great memory. Rachael was excellent! She assessed my mom thoroughly and constructed a simple program that fit my mom’s situation perfectly and with the goal of making her back and body stronger and hopefully keeping her stable and preventing falls. Rachael explained the exercises and stretches to us in a simple way that helped us understand why they were important, what they were doing and how to accomplish them. Then, she sent us pictures of the exercises with pertinent notes on them to remind us of how they are tailored for my mom. Rachael was patient, kind and so full of knowledge. We will always look forward to her visits. She is such an Asset to us!
